Yes. We're registered with the Information Regulator and operate as both Responsible Party and Operator depending on the data.

Where is my data stored?

On secure, encrypted servers. Personal data is processed in accordance with POPIA.

Can tenants manage their own data?

Yes. Tenants can request, correct, or delete their data via their portal. We handle the workflow.

Do you sell data?

No. We never sell or share landlord or tenant data with third parties for marketing.

Do tenants need to download an app?

No. The tenant portal is a mobile-friendly website. It works on any phone, no install required.

What can tenants do in the portal?

Pay rent, see receipts, download their lease, submit maintenance requests, and message you.

How do tenants pay?

Yes. Tenants pay via debit order, instant EFT (Ozow), or QR (SnapScan) directly from the portal.

How does maintenance tracking work?

Add contractors to your address book and assign jobs to them. They get an email or WhatsApp with the details.

Do tenants upload photos of the issue?

Yes. Photos and a description are required on every request so you have the full picture upfront.

Will I get notified immediately?

Yes. WhatsApp and email alerts are sent the moment a request is submitted.
