Plinth does not operate as an attorney, an admitted legal practitioner, a registered property practitioner under the Property Practitioners Act, No. 22 of 2019, or a licensed financial advisor. The automated lease templates, calculation features, interest metrics, and financial reporting modules do not constitute legal or financial advice.

Subscribers are strongly advised to have all lease documents, property mandates, and legal notices reviewed by an independent qualified professional legal advisor in South Africa. Relying on automated platform workflows is done entirely at the Subscriber's own commercial risk.

2. Algorithmic Calculations and Payment Gateways Notice

While Plinth applies extensive testing to ensure the mathematical accuracy of its pro-rata utility modules, payment allocations, and 'Plinth Match' reconciliation engines, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free execution of automated matching codes.

Plinth interfaces directly with external third-party payment infrastructure providers and banking APIs (including truID, SnapScan and Ozow) to confirm payment mandates. Plinth accepts no liability for transaction drops, system processing outages, or communication delays occurring within those external payment networks.
